The Charisma Academy provides online educational courses, programs, and related materials focused on modern etiquette, elegance, and personal development. Our current offerings include:
- The Art of Presence: A 7-Day Elegance Marathon — a concentrated week of daily lessons and practical exercises
- The Grace Generation: A 4-Week Etiquette & Elegance Course — a comprehensive month-long program (by application only)
3. Enrollment and Payment
7-Day Elegance Marathon: Payment of €59 is required for enrollment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the program materials through our private Telegram channel.
4-Week Course: Enrollment is by application only. Submit your application through our website, and our team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the next steps.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the 7-Day Elegance Marathon. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us via Instagram at @marinavradi.
Refund policies for the 4-Week Course will be communicated during the application process.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through The Charisma Academy — including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, methodologies, and branding — is the intellectual property of Marina Vradi and The Charisma Academy. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials without our written consent
- Share your account access or course materials with third parties
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture live sessions without permission
6. User Conduct
By participating in our programs and community channels, you agree to:
- Treat all participants and instructors with respect and courtesy
- Refrain from sharing offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Not use the community for solicitation, advertising, or spam
- Maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the private community
We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs or community channels who violates these guidelines, without refund.
7. Disclaimer
The Charisma Academy provides educational content for personal development purposes. Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our programs. Our courses are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Charisma Academy and Marina Vradi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, specifically the state of Queensland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, Queensland.
